1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the website www.samarcollection.be as well as the sale of products offered by Med My Day, a sole proprietorship managed by Mederic Van Den Eynde.

By accessing the site or placing an order, the user acknowledges having read these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

3. Products

The products offered on the site include tasbih, natural stone jewelry, gift sets, accessories, and creative kits.

Each product is presented with the most accurate description possible.

As the products are partly handcrafted and made from natural stones, slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur. These variations are part of the unique nature of the creations and cannot be considered defects.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these Terms.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

a dispute with a customer
suspected fraud
incorrect delivery information
exceptional product unavailability

5. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.

Shipping costs are indicated at the time of order.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applied is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

6. Payment

Payment is made via the secure payment methods offered on the Shopify platform (credit card, PayPal, or other options available at the time of order).

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.

7. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped from Belgium.

Preparation time is generally (unless otherwise stated):

In-stock product: shipped within 1 to 2 business days
Made-to-order product: shipped within 3 to 10 business days

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping services.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation on distance selling, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned:

unused
in their original condition
in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Personalized or made-to-order products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation. They may only be returned if defective.

9. Returns and refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued via the payment method used for the order.

The refund may take several days depending on banking processing times.

Damaged, incomplete, or used products will not be eligible for a refund.

10. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

The products offered are intended for personal use and do not replace medical or professional advice.

11. Warranty

Our products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee of 2 years in accordance with European legislation.

This warranty covers manufacturing or conformity defects.

The warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear
improper use
exposure to water, chemicals, or prolonged humidity
shocks, excessive tension, or improper handling

Natural stones may present slight variations in color, texture, or shape. These variations do not constitute a defect.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us so that we can find the most appropriate solution.

Please also note that extra thread is included in each package if you wish to repair your product yourself.

Our products are designed to last, but like any handcrafted item, they must be handled with care.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, photographs, design, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Med My Day, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

13. Personal data

Personal data collected on the site is used solely for order management, customer relations, and the proper functioning of the site.

Data processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).

14. Applicable law
