Shipping policy

1. Order preparation

All orders are prepared and shipped from Belgium.

After payment confirmation, the preparation and shipping time is generally:

  • In-stock product: shipped within 1 to 2 business days
  • Made-to-order product: shipped within 3 to 10 business days

During periods of high activity (product launches, holidays, Ramadan, etc.), this timeframe may exceptionally be slightly extended.


2. Shipping areas

Orders can be shipped to:

  • Belgium
  • European Union countries
  • other destinations depending on the shipping options available at the time of order

3. Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium: 1 to 3 business days
  • European Union: 3 to 8 business days
  • International: 3 to 14 business days

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier’s services.


4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.

Free shipping offers may be available depending on the order amount or during promotional campaigns.


5. Order tracking

When a tracking number is available, it is sent by email after the order has been shipped.

The customer can then track their parcel directly on the carrier’s website.


6. Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, we recommend taking photos of the parcel and contacting us promptly at: hello@samarcollection.be

In the event of a lost parcel or delivery issue, we will do our best to find a solution with the carrier.


7. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided at the time of order.

In case of an incorrect address, additional fees may apply for reshipment.
